Protocols for a successful return to the office and home-office oversight

Webinar
10 Jun 2020, Webex
Several weeks after the State of Alarm application, companies are getting prepared for reactivating their businesses and adapting them for the reopening of the country.
Although nothing will return to the initial starting point, there are initiatives in progress which try to achieve the highest level of activity possible. One of these involves the use of a health passport in order to identify which individuals can safely return their working activities.
Along these lines, it is necessary to design new protocols to guarantee the security of employees and prevent the spread of the virus, the conduction of tests and the implementation of measures after the detection of positive cases, the use of technology platform for information management based on block chain, the assurance of compliance with data protection and labor law regulations, and the assurance of processes and protocols for action. At the same time, teleworking is being consolidated as a model that will remain with us for a long time, however it is necessary to determine which is the operative model that ensures security, combined with a control of effectiveness of the model, maintaining the commitment of the employees.

To discuss about this topic, we orginized a webinar on June 10th at 12:00 pm with the collaboration of PwC experts.
