What is the role of men in gender equality?
In some cases, the material inequality that occurs in companies is caused by institutional obstacles such as the lack of labor flexibility in companies or the lack of review of the processes of recruitment and retention of talent. To promote gender diversity or create an inclusive work environment, everyone must collaborate and participate to create a truly inclusive culture.
