On June 21st, our Diversity Committee hosted the masterclass "How to be an Extraordinary Speaker", organized in collaboration with Dooit as part of their program "Women Who Have Something to Say".

 

In this masterclass, Mariana Ferrari, President of Dooit, taught  the keys to assertive communication, structuring messages to lead a conversation, and strategically using persuasion triggers to influence negotiations, conferences, or panel discussions.
