In the session Keys to be an effective communicator, the Young Leaders were introduced to the world of communication, its techniques and its learning process to become good communicators. The workshop focused mainly on the importance of audiences, messages and the figure of the spokesperson. The objective was to show how to communicate effectively in diverse and daily situations of the professional world: how to speak in public, how to speak with the media, among others. To this end, we worked on the different types of communication, verbal and non-verbal, as well as the yes and no of the spokesperson.
