The AmChamSpain's Diversity and Inclusive Leadership committee organized a CEO Coffee on September 30 with the participation of Horacio Morell, president of IBM Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel.

 

After more than 20 years at IBM, Horacio knows the company in depth and told us how inclusion and diversity are integrated as fundamental pillars of the company and how this commitment will be deepened in the future. They also highlighted its specific neurodiversity program.

 

Also participating were Felipe Alves Claramonte, Director of Human Resources Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel; and Aline Bravo, IBM Spain Lead of the neurodiversity program.
