During this workshop, Faculta presented the Prosci ADKAR® model, one of the most requested and sought after models for change management. Participants will benefit from concrete examples that will allow them to incorporate the ADKAR model into their professional experiences to ensure that each individual experiencing a change moves through five necessary phases in order for the overall change to be successful.
