Mr. Juan Orti was appointed Country Manager and Head of Consumer Services for Spain, Belgium and Luxemburg in 2016. He joined American Express in 1999 and for 15 years he has help different positions of responsibility within the company. Besides this, Orti is also a member of the board of several legal entities such as American Express Travel, American Express Spain and American Express Insurance Services. Orti has a degree in Business Management and Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an MBA from IESE Business School- University of Navarra.
