Amancio López Seijas – 1955 (Camporamiro – Chantada, Lugo, Spain) He read Business Studies and completed a PDG (General Management Programme) at the EADA (School of Senior Management and Administration). He is chairman and CEO of the Hotusa Group, a group of companies to which he has dedicated his entire professional career and has managed it since its founding in 1977. Founded in 1977 and with its headquarters in Barcelona (Spain), the Hotusa Group is today a dynamic organization made up of many different companies working in a wide variety of areas of the tourism sector. In addition to the Eurostars Hotel Company with a portfolio of more than 153 hotels in 15 countries around the world, the organization features the top global hotel consortium, Hotusa Hotels, with more than 2,700 member hotels around the globe; the Keytel hotel representative and the Restel central hotel booking system. He is also an independent member of the Board of Directors of Aena, vice president of Exceltur, member of the CEOE Business Advisory Board, vice president of the Permanent Commission of the CEOE Tourism Council, member of the Turespaña Advisory Board, member of the Advisory Committee of the Catalonia Employers' Federation, Foment del Treball, member of the Board of Directors of the Círculo de Economía (Economy Circle) and of the Board of Directors of CEAL Ibérica.
