On November 4, we held the session “Energy Transition and Economic Growth: Iberdrola’s Vision” at our corporate headquarters in Madrid, as part of our Young Leaders Network program.
During the event, our Young Leaders had the opportunity to learn firsthand about Iberdrola’s experience and perspective on the challenges and opportunities presented by the energy transition. Yolanda Mayordomo, Public Affairs Manager, welcomed the participants, after which Jesús Martínez-Atienza, Head of Planning and Performance for the Global Networks Business, discussed the role of networks in the energy transition.
Meanwhile, Beatriz Crisóstomo Merino, Global Head of Innovation and Environment, shared how innovation and technology serve as drivers of transformation. Finally, Iñigo Olaizola Arguiarro, Head of Sustainability Planning and Reporting, reflected on the future of energy, social commitment, and value creation.
The event concluded with a Q&A session and a networking space, where participants were able to exchange ideas and experiences in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
From AmChamSpain, we thank Iberdrola for welcoming us and sharing its vision with our young leaders, as well as all the Young Leaders who took part in this session.
