The labor market is experiencing a very complex moment, with a significant increase in people joining the unemployment lists. Companies need to reinvent themselves and they entail reviewing the type of talent they need to be able to face the changes and transformation of the business. Today, most companies are looking for people who add value and a difference in a highly competitive market, so despite the conditions that this pandemic has subjected us to, the fight for talent continues to exist.
