On July 1, we held a meeting at Philip Morris International (PMI), where we had the privilege of hearing from Daniel Cuevas, Managing Director for Spain and Portugal. Together with the Human Resources team, he shared how the company attracts and develops talent as part of its ongoing transformation process.

 

We also learned about PMI’s global initiatives to strengthen its identity and culture, and how these efforts are implemented at the local level.
