On May 27th, we held the "Connecting People, Improving Lives" session together with DHL Express Spain in Madrid, as part of the 6th edition of our Young Leaders Network program.
During the event, our Young Leaders had the opportunity to hear from Miguel Borras, General Manager of DHL Express Spain, who presented the company's mission and vision, its strong commitment to people, and the positive impact DHL generates in the region.
Next, a roundtable discussion was held, moderated by Amaya Barrientos, Director of Human Resources, with the participation of Raúl Cuadrado (Customer Service Director), Aura Serres (Key Account Manager), and Alejandro Nicolás (Business Controller). From their different roles, they shared their professional journeys, the challenges faced by new generations of professionals, and the key skills they believe are essential for future leaders.
