On February 3rd, our Diversity and Inclusion Committee held a new CEO Coffee session with Christina Vega, President and CEO of Eli Lilly.

 

During the session, Christina Vega shared her vision on leadership and how Eli Lilly drives diversity and inclusion within its business strategy. The event also featured María Alonso, Legal Director and Diversity Champion, who provided an introduction to Lilly’s DEI efforts, as well as Coral Domínguez, Rosario Yébenes, Ramón Rama, and Iván Fernández, who shared initiatives, best practices on diversity and inclusion, and personal testimonies with the attendees.
